    Floor Plan to 3D Video

Bolten Digital (boltendigital.com) turns a 2D floor plan into a 3D video: you send a PDF, DWG or JPG plan and receive a furnished walkthrough of 30 to 45 seconds with real camera movement. Walls, doors and fixtures follow the plan; furniture and finishes are styled to the brief you give us.

How does a floor plan become a 3D video?

    1. 01

      Send the plan

Any clear 2D plan works: an architect's PDF or DWG, or a scan or photo of a printed plan. Add the room names if they are not on the drawing.

      Pick a style

Tell us the interior style, the buyer you are selling to and any rooms to feature. We propose a camera path through the space.

      Render the walkthrough

The plan is turned into furnished rooms and a continuous camera move. The first render arrives within 48 hours.

      Adjust and deliver

One feedback round on staging and pacing, then a 4K master plus a vertical cut.

    > use cases

Who uses floor plan to 3D video?

Agents use it to give a listing motion when the property is empty, cluttered or rented out. Developers use it to show units before the building exists, which is covered in detail on our off-plan property video page. Renovation and interior firms use it to show a client the result before work starts.

Because the furniture and finishes are interpreted, mark the video as a visualisation in your listing. For full photo-based tours and exterior shots, see our real estate walkthrough video service.

    Questions

Which file formats can I send?

PDF, DWG, JPG and PNG plans all work. A phone photo of a printed plan is fine if the lines and labels are readable.

Do I need a 3D model or renders first?

No. A 2D floor plan is enough. Renders or mood images help us match a style, but they are optional.

Can the video show several apartments or floors?

Yes. Each unit or floor becomes its own walkthrough, and we can join them into one longer video.

Can buyers explore the 3D video freely?

No. The camera follows a set path through the rooms. It is a film, not an interactive tour.
