What should off-plan visuals disclose?
Visuals of a building that does not exist yet must not mislead buyers. Many markets have rules for property advertising and computer-generated images, so label every film as a visualisation, keep layouts true to the approved plans and avoid showing views or amenities that are not part of the project. Check the rules of the market you sell in before launch.
